Overall it looks pretty accurate buddy, theres just a few things going wrong. First and main thing is the proportions were off, make sure when doing studies like this that the measurements are nearly correct, theres no need to go for 100% accuracy though. Then theres the values, I think you went a bit too bright specially on the right side of the forehead. Also I think you would benefit a lot from grouping a bit more your colors and values into bigger shapes and then break those, instead of trying to make the painting out of smaller masses. Make sure too that you get right those transitions from plane to plane, one value to another and colors, some of your edges are a bit harder than they should be. Lastly, I think you went a bit too heavy on saturation, and I actually like it like that so I didn't change it, but theres other places where you didn't so the piece looks to saturated in places and too desaturated in others.
