While humans come in all forms and sizes, there are few proportions to consider, especially when drawing idealized comic figures. The distance between the eyes is usually about eye width (see blue). Ears are usually aligned with upper eyelid and nose tip (see green). For comic style like this I would suggest adding a line on one side of the nose (when character is looking slightly to the side) to indicate nose shape and eyebrow line (see pink line). I would definitely suggest to work on line quality (there are tutorials and exercises for it). I think you got right shape of the hair on top but it was somehow lost at the bangs. If it is a comic style you could also get away with more playfulness and exaggeration (e.g. his mustache). To check proportions you should try flipping canvas (it can be done by taking photo of the image and flip it digitally or turn the paper around and hold it against the light). I hope it helps.
