Disclamer! I too am a learning artist. And I think its almost working. Closer to viewer the thicker the lines👍. You did it correctly in some parts. Still I'm a bit confused about the lighting here. The girl is having light from the upper left (our left) part. According to this the left leg of the dragon should be in light too and also the body of dragon which is covering the lower part of the artwork. One more thing... You currently have fore ground and mid ground. If you can define the background a bit then it'll have more depth.
