These are clearly quick gestures, so I'm not going to critique accuracy. Proportions and flow and even some anatomy all look pretty good for a fast gesture, well done! I think there's an opportunity to exaggerate the female pose a bit more if you want more drama; more pinch and more of a C curve in the line of action. The male figure on the left looks good, but his leg and hand positioning are a bit confusing; would probably be a good idea to spend a few seconds of your time budget to clarify what his hand is resting on, if anything. Overall, if I were in your shoes, I'd start trying to take these poses further into more finished drawings and see what problems you run into along the way.
