It's pretty cool design. It's already good so I'm just leaving some ideas. Feel free to ignore if you don't like em. Umm.... I think it'd be good to have human hands on him. (Better grip on plates compared to hooves😁.) Maybe add fur on his forearms mostly near elbows. It'll help to break the silhouette. his ears... Cows tend to have longer ears he's currently having deer ears. His neck is broad but not his shoulders and back muscles. (It is a good thing though coz It preserves his soft boy/peaceful guy type persona) you can make em a bit broader along with lengthening the torso too.
