You are right, the perspective is off. One of the things that help us show perspective is the overlapping of shapes. In the sketch you'll notice I overlapped the lower arm over the upper arm and foreshortened it to make it look more in perspective. I hope this helps :)

I'd appreciate feedback on the anatomy in general and the perspective of the pose as something looks wrong but i cant figure out what to fix. The arms look like they're in the wrong pose and i dont know if i did the perspective right on the body
