Mr ping as an han crossbow soldier
I thought making an han crossbow soldier of mr ping would be an fun idea. How could this be improved? I think the background has to much noise. Could the character design be better?

i did some figure studies with alchohol markers and bic pens, but there are so many parts of this that don’t make sense😭 i did all of these with a reference but it’s harder to compare with traditional methods…

I'm really struggling on shading her clothes. I only recently started experimenting with adding folds and such to make my clothing feel less flat. I also feel like the color of the shading itself is off in some places. My shading also feels really sharp when I feel like that's maybe not right??
