That's a really cool study, the bird on her head is super cute too. I think anatomy, proportions is all fine, perhaps the legs where she is sitting can be improved. But you might want to work on your linework. It's very good that you draw with pen. Since it's light blue you could use it to make basic shapes and then use a inkbrush/finelines in black to define bold lines. Then try applying lineweight where you can. For practicing bold lines, gesture and model drawing really helps. You get 15-30 sec to put down a whole body and more then 10 lines is usually not possible. So you train your brain in being deliberate in the shapes of your lines.
