Hello there! What a great improvement! :D I only made a few small adjustments to the pose and the character's silhouette to make it a bit more interesting. The concept is really cool! I just think a slightly more dynamic pose would give your character even more personality. Something that feels like they're walking, with the body leaning forward a bit. :) Also, raising the right arm a little more helps create the impression that the character is actively interacting with their prop. Notice as well that giving the tie a bit more length and movement makes the silhouette much more interesting. The same goes for adding some motion to the... cape? Torn coat? Haha.
