The biggest issue is the proportions and the lack of gesture in the pose. I did a quick sketch to show you what I mean and how to have more realistic anatomy. I hope this helps :)

I've been struggling with anatomy and facial structure and expression, I also wanted her to look semi- realistic and cool, Her name is Pride and she's a witch and the older sister among her 6 sisters.
