I like the pose, it has nice gesture. The issue is proportion and 3D shapes. If you think about the neck as a tube attaching to the torso it will give it a more 3D look. That tube will also connect to the skull. Then when you add your anatomy it will feel like a good connection. Pay attention to your perspective too, the arms feel flat because you didn't indicate enough overlap. I hope this helps :)

I'm having some problems with drawing the head and neck connecting to the torso and advice. If there are any other visible problems with the artword aside from this aspect please let me know too🙏🏾
