You rendering is very good! I'm not confident in my painting skills, but I think the biggest thing that can improve your art would be to work on anatomy and proportions. I can tell that you're not very confident there. Otherwise, you can always work off of references of poses if that doesn't interest you. I fixed up the proportions mostly and you can see that it looks a lot more confident that way. Sorry I couldn't help you with your painting skills!
