I've noticed changes of the wind directions, I saw the hair and thought that I should go with that. Second is that I've noticed the head is sort-of skinny? It may just be me, but here. The drawing isn't really good, but I tried my best with limited time! I'd say that you should focus on one specific wind flow, and that will fix some of it up! 👀

It's always better to create a mannequin first to make sure your proportions and anatomy are working correctly. Then it is easier to add details like clothing. I hope this helps :)
