Hello there! I don't have much to add here. I just defined the lighting and shadows a bit more in a few areas. For example, if the light is coming from the left, having a shadow on the left side of the neck feels a bit inconsistent. Ideally, the shadow should be on the opposite side from the direction of the light. The eye behind the hair looked a bit strange, almost as if it were completely white. I understand the idea of making it slightly visible through the hair, but painting it white makes it seem as though the hair is transparent. So, I made a few adjustments while keeping the same idea. You could also add a bit of shine or emphasize the highlights in the right eye. :) Hope this helps!
