Head seems small so I made it bigger, the space between the eyes needs to be the same distance, I changed the mouth a bit to adjust to the perspective, neck is out of place on the red guy so I fixed it based on how the body turns, ears should align with the head too… ^_^ overall you should continue practicing your proportions, but I recommend to try and see how the human body works first! ( head/neck/torso, arms, legs etc. )
