maybe keep the hair in a few larger light and shadow shapes first, then add the smaller strands so the coloring and lighting read more clearly

I am trying to capture lucio for overwatch in the anime artstyle but i have issues with the rendering, coloring, and lighting in areas like the hair and so on. Also if you spot any other issues, i will appreciate the help.
