Hey there! Nice illustration so far! Although I can see a few anatomy issues, I'd like to focus more on the lighting. :) You can emphasize the shadows more to create a better sense of volume and help draw more attention to the focal point (the face). Having almost everything illuminated makes the illustration feel a bit flat and, on top of that, doesn't help direct the viewer's attention toward the focal point. So, I tried to correct the lighting by emphasizing the shadows more. Hope this helps!
