How do I push it more without wasting hours and hours on rendering more details?

Havent drawn in 8 years, so a bit rusty. What can i improve on my gesture drawings to get a better "flow" i just feel like the poses gets stiff, even when trying to make it "more" dynamic then the orginal pose
