You need to set up a two point perspective for panel 1 and a one point perspective for panel 2. The perspective you have now is off, but setting it up ahead of time will really help. I did a quick sketch to show you what I mean :)

Well, to answer your question, there seems to be a misalignment between the two buildings. That is, unless one is supposed to be slightly slanted. Also the tyres next to the path there, they have been drawn as if they are on a different plain. Their surface, or rather, the circular-ness has to be more visible. Otherwise it's an excellent work of ink. Such confidence eluded me years ago.
