Hi, to be like Karl Kopinski I'd say you need to be able to understand and simplyfy complex objects you are looking at. You need to be able to pin point how forms interact and wrap around each other and how mnipulate them in perspective of your choice. For starters I would recommend lessons available here on ARTWod. Rather then copying style of an artist, go deeper and try to understand why he made decisions that led to the images he is making.

I can’t get the proportions down I make the nose too cartoonish and bad instead of realistic how can I get to Karl’s level and what should I work on?.
