Build a mannequin first to work out your pose, and study the Loomis head to help with the proportions of the face. I did a quick sketch, I hope it helps :)

Her anatomy/figure seems off to me, particularly her shoulder. Her hands don't seem right proprortionally and there's sonething wrong abot her face.
