It feels bent instead of tilted. When you look from up to down the upper part feels tilted but lower seems straight. So overall it looks like someone bend it from mid. If you want it tilted you should focus on lower part. Even if it is covered by other structures you should first try to make it complete and then overlay the other structures.

An idea of a perfect holiday, as you book your star gate universe, wait for an aligment in a Ring Habitat, and when called, a fantastical vacations awaits. I am still unsure about tilted perspective of a circular structure, doaes it read as intentional? What do you guys think?
