I'm not gonna explain the anatomy, you should analize yourself, thats the best way belive me. Other than that you should use a softer brush and should practice drawing straight and curvy lines. Your lines are a bit shaky and lack confidience . Btw I love how you draw the lips and I love that you added expression. You know thats make a drawing look more interesting and I also love the design. And lastly be more bolder when adding shadows , like make them darker and add that to hair as well

larger neck and move eyes nose and mouth towards center more! good start though :)
