• You need to add an environment! Like for example they're in a battlefield in this drawing, looking like they won! Ashes, fire, smoke • You have to put the lighting first, the lighting you put makes it random! So I suggest putting where it is such as the smoke from below and ashes from the right side so you would know where the shadows would go! • The pose is good! I suggest adding more tension like in the drawing, more weight because the guns are heavy. Their clothes are thicker so I added more to the arm • I lowered the gun from the 2nd guy so it would look like they're looking at the battlefield and adjusted that they need a little show too:33 • I also suggest looking for references if you're still figuring it out, hope this helps!
