i would said you color is good but the value can be work on , try to darker you shadow and add detaill like how you did the light hairy style

skin tone

I can't seem to get the skin tone right. I'd like to play around more with the shadows and highlights by mixing in a little more color—not just black and white—but I have no idea how to do that.
