I think you already got a decent idea about how the light should fall on the subject, however you seem to struggle to keep it consistent across all parts of the drawing. Whenever you shade something ask yourself would light still reach it or would it be covered by something? In this image, based on the face, the light seems to be coming from the top left side and yet right side of her hair is illuminated when it shouldn't. Same fot the sleeve - it is shaded as if light would come from low left side, folds on the upper arm are shaded as if light is coming from right side. I think this drawing could be improved if you treat folds as tapered boxes/cylinders. I would also suggest trying to add nore highlights to key areas and play with colors that you have access to instead of using just 2 colors for shading one object.
