Hi, first of all great drawing, I really enjoy looking on the story you are telling! Here is my suggestion how the light might look for your drawing. It all boils down to the idea that when you are painting light you need to change the approach from "line drawing" where you are focusing on capturing outlilnes of every object, to a "mass drawing" approach, where your focus is on forms of shadow shapes, and the boundries of each element became irrelevant, they merge into masses of light and shadow. Now some more practical notes: I tried to keep value range narrow, especially when further from focal point. I have used more filled / reflected light to show form turning, and I focus first on big forms - the skirt of a character is good example, before I would paint detailed pattern I lock main form. For dramatic light I have introduce top light and visible light rays, and darken the left bottom of a image to the point where some objects got lost, but it is a cost to pay for better readability, also I have moved cape to better describe space and lad the eye. ALso indicate a form of a knee by putting some light there. Hope that will help you move further with the image. | Artwod Feedback
