You executed this pose amazingly! If you're getting stuck on the render it's worth trying to plan your shadows as a start point. From the pose I assume you want her hands and face to be the focal point, so establishing the light source to be in a similar top-down position as the viewer should give you the most interesting shadows across the hands and face. The ones I've drawn over aren't 100% accurate to the light source, but use it roughly to really highlight those areas! If you've drawn from a reference, you could try drawing over top of it to better imagine how the light would interact with the different forms.
