Hey! I love it! It looks really good so far I have to admit, this has been one of the most difficult pieces to give feedback on so far. It actually took me a while to figure out what changes or corrections I wanted to suggest. I’m not even completely sure if the lighting works this way perfectly, but I honestly like how it looks haha. You can keep the background fairly simple. Think about where the character is located. Maybe the wall only shows the shadow patterns from the window panels, along with a few silhouettes of plants. The idea is simply to keep the background subtle and uncomplicated. What I mainly wanted to adjust were the colors. The color of the hook doesn’t fully match the palette of the scene because it leans too green, when ideally it should shift more toward reddish or pinkish tones. The same applies to the clothing overall; keeping the palette within reds, purples, pinks, and similar hues helps create more harmony and unifies the image better. I also removed the light from the sole of the shoe because, personally, I found it a bit distracting. And lastly, I refined the character’s face a bit more since it’s the main focal point of the illustration. Hope this helps!
