Hello there! The character looks amazing so far! I really love the style you’re working with You need to define your light source first; that’s the foundation for painting light and shadow properly. I chose a neutral 3/4 lighting setup because I think it fits the character really well. Besides that, since this is a concept sheet, a neutral 3/4 lighting setup is usually one of the best options. On top of that, I’d also suggest reorganizing the sheet a little differently. The fully colored character should stand out the most compared to everything else. Think about the idea of Big, Medium, and Small: The colored character is your “Big,” the more polished grayscale options are your “Medium,” and the thumbnails are your “Small.” Organizing the sheet this way creates a much clearer visual hierarchy. Hope this helps!
