Hey there! Keep in mind that the light source is the moon. Because of that, the character will mostly remain in darker values, and only the contours facing the moon should be illuminated (not the entire outline of the figure and broom). Think about which planes are actually exposed to the moonlight. To make the figure stand out even more, darken the edges a bit and add a subtle glow coming from the moon. This will help the character pop much more. Also, follow the perspective's direction. The hand and the front part of the broom were in a slightly different perspective.
