Hey there! Nice job so far! :) You need to adjust the vertical lines, make them converge towards the 3rd vanishing point, the standing character as well. Open up the light coming from the door to light the face of the character on the floor, and reduce the values around the place to create more contrast. Hope this helps!

Late post, fell asleep after got back from vacation. I drew these three from references to sharpen my visual library. Probably as much as i needed before hopping into drawing from imagination. To me, there's a lot room for improvements, because these drawing still not great. If you have any advices, truly i'd be grateful to hear it. Ignore the top left, its from yesterday :)
