Since you asked for anatomy and lighting feedback, I will focus on the anatomy and let someone else jump in on the lighting. Unless you are aiming for strict realism, anime and stylized anatomy for girls usually leans a bit more delicate. Try making the arms and waist a little thinner, which will help create a much more flattering silhouette and really highlight the cute pose you created. I also recommend spending some time studying how other artists draw female faces in a style that you love, because your coloring on the eyes and hair is already so pretty. Right now, the underlying facial structure is reading a little bit masculine. You might also want to try working with thinner line art.
