Not familiar with the art style you're referring to, but the hair could use a small touch up. The blue hair on the left in particular looks like a single brush stroke which could be improved by trying to differentiate bunches of hair which appear more "in front" and others which are more "behind" so that a sense of depth disclose a more substantial sense of hair volume.

How can I render this in a way that feels more like an Asian-inspired art style? I’m a total beginner, so this was my first real attempt at trying something like this, but I’m struggling to get the look and feel right. I’d really appreciate some constructive feedback on what I’m doing wrong, what I should focus on improving, and how I can approach the rendering differently.
