Hey there, I tried making some small changes on this one, so first of all I'll say, that you really nailed the skin tone in my opinion. The main issues here are the head structure and proportions, and the planes of the face, the neck area was all wrong too, I might have changed the proportions a bit too much so maybe she looks like another person since I didn't aim for likeness. Try to take care of your brushstrokes and always go for clarity first, see how I changed the glasses. If I had to make just one change only, that'd have been the proportions.
