Hi Tomas, Great work on the stylized portrait so far. What I noticed with your portrait is that there aren't many mid-tones. In nature and life things are rarely ever pure white. I'd suggest trying to avoid using pure white except for only the brightest highlights. The reason being is that the flat white can tend to flatten the volumes and you lose the 3Dness of the portrait, even with it being stylized. Try to think of the different angles or planes of the stylized face in relation to the direction of the light source and any plane that is not directly perpendicular to the light will be a halftone.
