Hey! As for proportions, I think looking at it this way might help you place the facial features more accurately. Try dividing the face into three equal sections: from the top of the head to the eyebrows, from the eyebrows to the base of the nose, and from the base of the nose to the chin. You can then subdivide the last two sections. The halfway point of the second third is where the eyes are placed, the eye line runs through the middle of the eyes. The halfway point of the final third is where the mouth is positioned. It's a somewhat methodical approach, but measuring the face this way can help you place the facial features more accurately and consistently. As for drawing heads in perspective: To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of using the Loomis head to draw heads from different angles. Personally, I find that using boxes, or drawing the head as if it were a box, helps me construct better angles and makes it easier to apply the proportional measurements I mentioned earlier.
