Hello there! Great work so far! The painting already has a solid foundation, but what you need to do now is push the highlights further to create a stronger contrast between the lights and shadows. At the moment, there isn't enough separation between the two. I included the original reference in black and white so you can better observe the contrast between the light and dark values. Notice how most of the detail can remain in the darker areas, while the highlights are somewhat overexposed and therefore don't lend themselves well to detailed rendering. You can even see that some of the lighter areas of the clothing are nearly pure white because of how strongly the light is hitting them. Hope this helps! | Artwod Feedback
