I can see you have used guidelines and I would say best to use more. Experienced artists have done so many drawings they can instinctively see where things don't line up so it's like they cansee the guidelines in their head. The problem with faces they are so important for human communication that it's hard to see them as abstract shapes. It's far easier to tell if two circles don't line up rather than two eyes. I would draw guidelines for where the top and bottom and sides should be so you have two same size boxes that are in line with each other. Then you just need to add the eyes in the box. I would do practice sessions where in half an hour you draw as many faces as possible after drawing guidelines first. Ignore expressions/hair etc so just simple faces. At some point you'll find you cab create simpler guidelines like just the centre of the eyes then soon no guidelines at all. The important thing is volume, simplifying to just the things you are struggling with. Good luck and don't get discouraged!
