hey, So, with the gun, I can’t really help you much. I’m not very good at drawing them myself. But I would recommend using references and breaking the different parts down into simple forms, then adding details on top of that. What helps me is breaking it down in 2D first and then converting it into 3D. About drawing clothes from imagination, I’m guessing you mean folds. If so, you would need to understand tension points and therefore study drapery. If you mean something else, I would always use references as inspiration to build up that visual library. And for the last part, you can also break the hand down into simple forms first and then add the details. Last thing: creativity comes through restrictions, so keep that in mind.
