Forgot to say that try to draw grass with no outline. Vary the color of the grass a teeny-tiny bit. Also the light and shadow is your best friend here, because on the borders of the shadow the grass pops off the most. Try to show that, For this painting i'd recommend you drawing the shadows for the trees so you could show that.
