The most important detail here is the neck—it stands out the most since it's a bit too long. Typically, in an extreme angle like this, we wouldn't see it as much. Think of this view basically as a top-down perspective, if that helps! Another thing that caught my eye is her chest; it’s a bit too vertical, haha. It would make sense if she were hanging from the ceiling like a ghost, but since she’s lying flat, gravity is ruthless and would flatten and spread the chest out a little bit.
