This is a very solid piece you have. The perspective seems to be working fine, and the proportion of the figure are correct. Maybe he needs to be slightly wider. Maybe consider populating the scene. Or have him sit on a seat. (Why would anyone stand up when the trains is empty and there are many seats available? ) If the poster on the right side is important, it's way too close to the edge, if it's that important and related to the story, it's way too vibrant and colourful and distracting.
