Hey there! So cool drawing! The thing here with the hand is that they are not following the same perspective as the composition. Simplify the hands into simple boxes to solve the perspective issue. You can see that we see the bottom of the hands, which means that we see the fingers, while we barely see the thumbs (they are behind whatever he holds). Keep in mind the overlapping of the object, like the hand overlapping the forearm, and the forearm overlapping the upper arm. Maybe you could reduce the length of the arms since they're quite long.
