I think your style is really great. With a different facial expression, you can change a lot. Hands you can sign like mittens if they are not so important for the picture. If you don't have an idea for a pose, you can look for references on the Internet or do the tutorials here at ArtWod. In any case, go ahead and above all have fun, if something is still difficult for you, start with simpler motifs and slowly increase.
