Hey there! It's a good base, don't hate the colours. Just make sure add more colour variation in the skin. Like ochra in the forehead, red on the cheeks, blue tones on the chin. This will make the skin colour look better imo. Hope this helps! :)

Late post, fell asleep after got back from vacation. I drew these three from references to sharpen my visual library. Probably as much as i needed before hopping into drawing from imagination. To me, there's a lot room for improvements, because these drawing still not great. If you have any advices, truly i'd be grateful to hear it. Ignore the top left, its from yesterday :)
