Hello there! Great work so far! I really love the idea of the mermaid inside the small inflatable pool haha. There are two main things I’d like to mention here: one about the rendering, and the other about the structure of the mermaid. The mermaid’s body feels slightly off structurally. The tail orientation isn’t fully aligned with the perspective. The centerline feels inconsistent, which makes the fins look more directly toward the camera instead of sitting naturally in a 3/4 view. The upper torso of the mermaid is fully in 3/4, but remember that this part of the body is affected by gravity. Because of that, the left side of the chest should hang slightly toward the left instead of staying perfectly aligned in the same direction. As for the rendering: The foundation is solid, but you need to reinforce some of the shadows, and this also applies to the pool itself. Think about light bouncing from below, add a clearer core shadow, and include some ambient occlusion underneath the mermaid’s tail and where it touches the floor. Also, it feels a bit strange to have an empty pool while the hose is lying there on the ground, so adding a bit of water would help make the scene feel more believable You could also add a slight atmospheric perspective in the background. Hope this helps! | Artwod Feedback
