hi.. it's just my personal opinion. 1. make size differentrly 2. make your character more dynamically 3.make some focus and perspective u are good at drawing.. this challege make me motivate.. keep trying

I can't get the composition to work And the background feels too bland but I don't wanna add anything that will take away from the main focus

Love the art...just on the topic of background. If you want more but not too much more that it would be distracting..you could continue batmans shoulder to the end and make everything below his shoulders a deeper tone...even just a solid fill would seperate the foreground characters and batman just becomes a backdrop...if this was gonna be more than a sketch you could even take it a step further by having the details of his chest and arms or whatever but keep them all in the dark muted tones to keep it a solid chunk with just a bit of visual interest.
