Hello! Super cute drawing! I think the thing you might want to look into with the eyes is the proportions! The right eye is bigger than the left + the distance between them is a bit too far apart. I would recommend not only watching videos explaining how to make more accurate proportions but also checking out some anatomy videos. I feel like you could make some tweaks to the hairline, nose, the distance between the shoulders, and where the mouth rests on the face. And once you understand the relationship these other parts of the face have with each other, it makes it way easier to properly scale the eyes! But as a whole, I think using guiding lines underneath your sketch is going to help, and trying to reach more of a balance with your composition as well. A tip I have for eyes is to not get lost in the detail and drawing them one at a time! It's easy to draw one eye, love it, and then struggle with the other. what I do is go back and forth. So if I draw the upper lid on the right, I move on to the upper lid on the left, and then when I do the lower lid on the right, I go to do the lower lid on the left, and so on. And as for the shading, again, I think anatomy videos will def help. As well as doing value scale exercises and learning more about perspective. The body is made out of curves and shapes; learning how to shade by going along the natural dips of the body helps you understand where and how shadows and lights will rest on the figure. But the most important bit is choosing your light source. Your figure and the background are colored in the whitest value, making it hard to know where the light is coming from and how intense it is because most of the drawing is covered in white. I think figuring out where you want your lighting to be + practicing how to use values will help you a lot. You have a lot of harsh whites and really dark grays and blacks, but no middle ground to bridge them together. I hope this helps you even a little! Just keep practicing and watch tip/instructional videos on these topics to give you an idea of what you need to keep working on, that's what I did to improve at least!
