You got a great start here. It’s a challenge to critique the pose, without your reference, but i can give you some basic advice on how i would start a drawing like this. Most importantly, the thing i would like to see more of in this drawing is the construction. Especially on a clothed figure, it’s very important to get all your forms working in perspective and solidify in your mind (and on the page) how they are oriented in space. I drew a simple mannequin of your pose, trying to be as clear as possible using contour lines, to show how the forms are oriented in space. It’s important to really nail this before moving onto anatomy and clothing. This will also help you spot issues with your proportions easier, and correct them before moving into anatomy and clothing. Specific items look at: -I drew a small example for your foot, to illustrate how you might simplify it. -Check the proportions of the legs. Are they moving away from you or towards you? Adjust the lengths accordingly with foreshortening. - Nice job blocking the back of the right arm. Let's see more of that construction throughout the drawing! -Double check how the far arm elbow joint overlaps. Compare with my drawing. The arm moves away from us and would probably be seen as overlapping the forearm. If your goal with figure drawing is to be able to construct the figure from your imagination, it's important when you use reference not to copy exactly what you see, but to build what you see. Construct the form like you are sculpting on the page with basic building blocks first. Then build up the anatomy on top. Hope that helps a little. Keep it up!
